EquiGlobal Solutions® was founded by Dr. Zamda Mutamuliza, a strategic and purpose-driven leader dedicated to helping organisations grow responsibly while staying true to their values. She combines academic insights with practical experience to help clients navigate complexity, lead with integrity and deliver sustainable impact. Driven to help organisations act as a force for good, Dr. Mutamuliza founded EquiGlobal Solutions with the simple but powerful belief that companies shouldn’t have to choose between profit and purpose.
Having worked across the corporate sector, NGOs and international development, including the United Nations, Dr. Mutamuliza brings a global, multilingual, and cross‑cultural perspective to organisational leadership and governance. She understands that organisations perform better and achieve far greater results when profit and purpose are aligned, and when decisions are rooted in clarity, accountability, and human‑centred values.
Dr. Mutamuliza holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, a Master’s in International Business Management, and an LLM in International Human Rights Law & Development (dissertation pending), and professional qualifications including CMI Level 7 (MCMI) and PRINCE 2. Her multidisciplinary background spans strategy, governance, leadership, legal frameworks, and human rights, equipping her with advanced expertise to help organisations deliver meaningful, values‑aligned change with clarity and integrity.
