EquiGlobal Solutions® was founded by Dr. Zamda Mutamuliza, a visionary and strategic leader committed to balancing profit with purpose. She combines academic insights with practical experience to help clients navigate complexity, lead with integrity and grow responsibly.
Driven by a passion to help organisations act as a force for good, Dr. Mutamuliza founded EquiGlobal Solutions® with the simple but powerful belief that companies do not have to compromise between maximising their financial profit and delivering a positive impact. Having worked across the corporate, NGOs and international development, including the United Nations, she understands that organisations perform better and achieve far greater results when profit and purpose are aligned.
Dr. Mutamuliza holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, a Master’s in International Business Management, and is currently completing a Master’s in International Human Rights Law and Development. She also holds a CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management & Leadership (MCMI), and PRINCE 2 Certification. Her solid educational and professional background equips her with advanced skills in business strategy, leadership, consulting, international human rights law and legal frameworks to drive meaningful organisational change.
