• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary materials, methodologies, or strategies shared by EquiGlobal Solutions during the course of the engagement.
• That service fees will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals, with payment terms detailed in the corresponding invoice. Late payments may result in service delays or additional charges.

3. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, documents, reports, methodologies, and frameworks—is the intellectual property of EQUIGLOBAL SOLUTIONS or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• EquiGlobal Solutions provides expert guidance; however, the final implementation and outcomes are the client’s responsibility.

6. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the engagement with prior written notice as specified in the service agreement.
• Termination does not relieve the client of any outstanding payments for services rendered.
